Aegis Health Perspectives can provide all of your home care needs with our staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, High-Tech Aides, Home Health Aids and Massage Therapists.
All client care services are managed by an RN, Clinical Supervisor
A thorough assessment is conducted by one of our Clinical Supervisors to determine client-specific needs and special requests. From the assessment, a personalized care plan is developed. Physician, client and family may also participate in the development of the care plan. The Clinical Supervisor along with the Management Team then manages and coordinates the team who will provide the in-home care. The care plan is monitored closely and adjusted as needs change.
Aegis provides regular supervision of our home care staff...
Aegis philosophy includes regular supervision of our home care staff. After our Clinical Supervisor develops an individualized care plan and client directives are put into daily practice, our team of supervising nurses is routinely in the field assuring the plan of care is appropriately implemented. All in-home nursing and aide staff are supervised in the home during the provision of their care so that all standards of Spinal Cord Injury Care are maintained
Aegis works collaboratively with clients and health care professionals…
As part of the health care team, Aegis works collaboratively with life care planners, case managers, primary care physicians, physiatrists, psychiatrists and client direction to develop an individual, specialized client care plan.
Aegis training…
